PETALING JAYA: Ducati Malaysia has introduced the DesertX Rally ultimate off-road motorcycle and the Monster 30° Anniversario naked bike made to commemorate the lineup's 30 years.
Priced at RM161,865 (on the road without insurance) the DesertX Rally, with the global tagline of "Race Wilder"' boasts an array of features designed to enhance the off-road riding experience for riders.
Meanwhile, the Monster 30° Anniversario which is limited to 500 units worldwide, is priced at RM116,865.
The DesertX Rally epitomises off-road performance, featuring high-performance, fully-adjustable KYB race suspension with advanced surface treatments (Kashima and DLC coatings) for durability and consistent performance.
It boasts heavy-duty tubed wheelset with Takasago EXCEL rims, billet aluminum hubs, and carbon steel spokes, which are 0.5kg lighter than standard, enhancing durability and tyre compatibility.
The model includes a carbon sump guard and billet aluminium brake and gear lever for added lightness and robustness, along with high-strength adhesive graphics inspired by Antoine Meo's Erzbergrodeo livery, offering durability.
The Monster 30° Anniversario comes with a commemorative "30° Anniversario" Tricolour livery, serial number plaque and bespoke key-on animation.
It boasts a 937cc Testastretta 11-degree engine delivering 111hp and 93Nm of torque.
Its advanced technologies include Ducati Quick Shift (DQS), Cornering ABS and Traction Control.
Enhanced comfort and handling are ensured with a fully adjustable Ohlins NIX30 fork, rear monoshock and steering damper along with ergonomic improvements for better comfort and control.
Both models are now available at all Ducati dealers nationwide.
