UMW Toyota Motor sold 7.7K vehicles in Sept 2024

The sales achieved brought the company's year-to-date (YTD) total to over 72,000 units.
This consistent growth represents UMWT's position as a key player in the Malaysian automotive market, thanks to its strong lineup of reliable and innovative vehicles.
The Toyota Vios, Hilux, and Corolla Cross, making up 69% of units sold, were among the best-sellers, reflecting prevailing consumer trust in Toyota’s commitment to quality, durability, and performance.
These models continue to meet the diverse needs of Malaysian customers, whether for everyday urban driving or outdoor adventures.
UMW Toyota Motor president Datuk Ravindran K said the company's achievements reflected not only the strength of its products but also the loyalty of customers.
"We remain committed to delivering value and innovative automotive solutions that match the aspirations of Malaysians," he said.
UMWT launched the "Move in Harmony" promotion in October 2024, offering substantial savings for prospective buyers.
Customers could enjoy rebates up to RM9,500 for the New Yaris, with monthly instalments starting as low as RM658.
Additionally, the Toyota Service Savers programme provides an affordable maintenance option, with payments starting from just RM31 per month, ensuring long-term cost efficiency for vehicle owners.
