SHAH ALAM: UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd (UMWT) said June sales ended on a positive note with 7,600 cars sold, resulting in total year-to-date sales of 47,000 units.
To further drive sales, the distributor is introducing a "Peace of Mind with Every Drive” promo for July by offering customers up to 100% financing for selected models.
Car buyers could enjoy broad promotional savings, including a promo worth up to RM7,500 for the Yaris, with monthly purchase instalments starting from only RM688.
The Toyota Service Savers programme also offers monthly instalments starting from as low as RM31.
In a related development, UMWT said it had introduced the "Toyota Showroom Weekender" nationwide from July 13-14 as part of its efforts to engage with the public.
The event featured four models namely the Yaris, Vios, Corolla Cross, and Hilux. Activities included test drives and sales offers as well as the chance for customers to discusss trade-in and used car options from Topmark outlets.
UMWT said the event would be held every month.
