Tan Chong Motor and Warisan TC offers 30 vehicles to assist Putra Heights victims

KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Chong Motor Holdings Bhd (TCMH) and Warisan TC Holdings Bhd (WTCH) are jointly providing immediate assistance of at least 30 vehicles to residents of Putra Heights in Selangor who were impacted by the gas pipeline leak fire on April 1.

The vehicles are models from Nissan, GAC Motor and Renault which will be loaned to support the mobility of affected families at no cost for a month.

This initiative is a collaborative effort between TCMH, WTCH, the Transport Ministry, the Selangor State Government and local authorities to expedite aid distribution and support to the victims.

TCMH group chief executive officer Daniel Ho Wai Ming said it was disheartening to witness the extent of impact to the residents especially during this festive period.

"Our hearts go out to them and we wish for quick recovery to those who were injured," he said.

Affected residents can contact the Selangor State Executive Council’s office to register for immediate assistance at tel: 60 16-412 2721 (Jen).
