Subaru Connex available for XV and Forester
By CARSIFU | 27 August 2021KUALA LUMPUR: TC Subaru Sdn Bhd today announced the rollout of the Subaru Connex telematics system.
From Sept 10, Subaru Connex - priced at RM1,900 (excluding taxes) – will be available as an option for new XV and Forester customers at all authorised Subaru showrooms.
Existing XV and Forester owners may also buy and install this device.
It offers the following services:
> Automatic Accident Alert and Response
> Roadside Assistance
> Emergency Assistance
> Other services: Smart alarm; car status; battery status management; service maintenance reminder; trip review; automatic vehicle location; speed alert; stolen vehicle recovery; and driving score.
The Subaru Connex mobile app - available for Android phones and iPhones - allows users to receive notifications and reports from the device.
Subaru Connex is usage-based insurance ready. More information will be provided when the programme is launched by early 2022.
