JOHOR BARU: Motorists queuing up to fill petrol at a station in Johor were furious when a Singapore-registered car occupied a bay for over 15 minutes, Sin Chew Daily reported.An angry motorist, who goes by the handle “Minmin loves to sleep” on Xiaohongshu (China’s version of Instagram), said after filling the petrol tank, the driver bought food from the convenience store and shared it with the passengers.
The group then started eating outside the store.
“Many people were waiting for the bay, including me, but they could not care less and slowly ate the food.
“I was so pissed off.
“There were many empty lots in front of the store, but the driver left the car at the petrol pump,” said the social media user who said she was directed to another bay after some 15 minutes.
“When I finished filling the petrol tank and left, they were still chit-chatting,” she said.
She said she had complained to the station assistant, but the man replied that he could not do anything as he was "not allowed to chase customers away".
