SEPANG: Red Bull Malaysia has announced its sponsorship of the Petronas Sprinta Yamaha Racing Teams at the Sepang International Circuit.
The contract-signing ceremony included three teams: Petronas Sprinta Yamaha 31 Racing, Petronas Sprinta Yamaha CKJ, and Petronas Sprinta Yamaha Maju Motor.
These teams competed in Round 3 of the Petronas MAM Malaysian Cub Prix Championship 2024 from June 1-2.
TCP Red Bull Malaysia co-country director Andy Lee said the partnership aims to energise and inspire individuals to excel.

He said Red Bull was keen to discover and develop grassroots talent in motorsport.
The three Petronas Sprinta Yamaha Racing Teams have a strong presence in the circuit.
As part of the sponsorship, Red Bull is holding a contest for two limited-edition Yamaha Y15ZR motorcycles signed by selected riders from the three teams.

In addition, Red Bull introduced a new beverage series, Red Bull Energy Sparkling, available in Pomelo and Apple & Muscat Grape flavours.
The drinks, available in 250ml cans priced at RM3.10 each, are sugar-free and aimed at young, active individuals.
Red Bull Gold is now also available in a 325ml size, containing Vitamin B6, B12, and taurine, and will be sold at RM3.70 per can.
They are available at major supermarkets and convenience stores.
