Nissan Cyberjaya 3S centre opens under the NRC-NEXT concept
By CARSIFU | 08 May 2024CYBERJAYA: Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) has unveiled the NRC-NEXT concept for the new Nissan 3S centre in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
This showroom transformation effort is subsequent to the other three showrooms, including its 3S Flagship Store in Petaling Jaya, which underwent this upgrading and refurbishment exercise over the past two years.
This new showroom concept reaffirms the company’s commitment in providing excellent customer experience and enhancing customer satisfaction as they interact with the Nissan brand name.
The NRC was mooted to innovate Nissan dealerships and deliver world-class service standards to Nissan customers across the globe.
It is centred on showcasing Nissan’s brand values across the entire customers’ journey at the dealership touchpoint, whether it is to test drive the latest model or to drop the car off for a regular service.
ETCM chief executive officer Khoo Cheng Pah said the nationwide showroom upgrades reflected the company's unwavering commitment to providing customers with the best possible experience.
"From browsing our product offerings to purchasing the vehicles, it’s our aspiration to deliver superior customer-centric services and an unparalleled automotive retail experience, showcasing Nissan’s innovations through a wide range of exciting Nissan vehicles," he said.
In line with its dedication to staying ahead of the curve, ETCM awarded a dealer partnership to Evo Mobility Sdn Bhd (EVO) in Cyberjaya to cater to the needs of its nearby community in late last year.
EVO carries over two decades of strong and robust business acumen background in fuel distribution across the southern region, and is now expanding and venturing into the automotive space.
Nestled in the thriving township of Autoville Cyberjaya, the only designated hub allowed for automotive sales and car repair service businesses in Cyberjaya, this new RM1.5mil Nissan 3S Centre commenced operations in early January, filling a crucial gap in the market as it strategically caters to potential new customers within Cyberjaya, Sepang and Putrajaya.
The newly opened outlet spans a total built-up area of 7,300sq ft, showcases up to five Nissan models, accompanied by a fleet of test drive vehicles to provide customers with first-hand experience, and a dedicated new vehicle delivery area topped with a cosy customer lounge.
The two service bays are able to accommodate up to 200 service throughput per month, ensuring efficient and timely maintenance and repairs.
