New Triumph range revealed including first-time Daytona 660
By A. NACHI | 23 May 2024SERDANG: Didi Group, the sole distributor and importer of Triumph Motorcycles in Malaysia, unveiled the eagerly awaited Daytona 660, the Scrambler 1200 series (XE and X), and the Tiger 900 models at the Malaysia Autoshow 2024.
The Daytona 660, powered by a 660cc triple engine delivering 95hp and 69Nm of torque, features a lightweight frame, Showa suspension, Michelin Power 6 tyres, radial four-piston brakes, ride-by-wire throttle, three riding modes (Road, Sport and Rain), and a TFT screen with My Triumph Connectivity.
The Scrambler 1200 XE is designed for extreme off-road and adventure touring, while the Scrambler 1200 X is more road-focused.
Both variants get optimised cornering ABS, switchable traction control, LED lighting, and multifunction TFT instrumentations.
The XE features Marzocchi 45mm USD forks and twin-spring suspensions with 250mm wheel travel.
The X includes Marzocchi suspension with 170mm wheel travel.
The XE offers five riding modes (Rain, Road, Sport , Off-Road and Off-Road Pro) while the X offers four (Rain, Road, Sport , Off-Road)
"We are truly confident in gaining market share with these new range of products unveiled. Brand new to the range is the Daytona 660, which allows us to officially enter a Malaysian favorite segment, of a full fairing bike, now with a value that cannot be ignored," said Didi Group chairman Rewi Hamid Bugo.

> Daytona 660 - RM49,500
> Tiger 900 GT - RM72,900
> Tiger 900 GT Pro - RM82,100
> Tiger 900 Rally Pro - RM85,900
> Scrambler 1200 X - RM80,900
> Scrambler 1200 XE - RM88,900
All bikes come with a 2-year factory warranty and a 16,000km service interval.
