New record gathering of 180 Mercedes-AMG cars set at Sepang International Circuit


SEPANG: Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM) and AMG Owners Club of Malaysia has set a gathering record of 180 Mercedes-AMG cars at a single location recently.

The feat, achieved at the AMG Track Day 2022 at the Sepang International Circuit here, also saw club members getting an exclusive driving experience featuring a selection of luxury and high-performance vehicles from Mercedes-Benz Malaysia.

The AMG Track Day was held along side the launch of the new locally-assembled Mercedes-AMG A 35 sedan and GLA 35, and the preview of the Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series, the top model in the GT family.

MBM vice-president of sales and marketing Michael Jopp said the company was excited to have the AMG Track Day return this year.
