New BYD outlet opens in Kuala Lumpur's Sri Hartamas


KUALA LUMPUR: Harmony Auto, a leading comprehensive automobile dealership group in China, officially launched its first BYD outlet at Hartamas Shopping Centre here.

Spanning about 8,000sq ft, the latest BYD outlet boasts a range of facilities designed to enhance its customer experience.

It features a spacious car display area, a luxurious customer lounge, dedicated discussion rooms and a delivery area.

For added convenience, the aftersales reception area, which combines modern design with personalised service processes, is accessible directly from the mall's parking lot.

Outside the outlet, BYD owners can expect six parking bays equipped with four charging stations.

With a carefully crafted layout plan, this latest outlet ensures seamless access and convenience for customers but also exemplifies BYD's commitment to sustainable mobility solutions.

The outlet will also have a Service and Spare Parts Centre, which will be ready in the third quarter of the year.

With the 3S centre fully operational, this BYD outlet will be the first 3S centre located in a shopping mall.

BYD Asia-Pacific president Liang Xinyue, who officiated the launch of the outlet, said BYD Hartamas outlet would not only bring new vitality to the Malaysian market but also inject new momentum into the country's eco-friendly mobility push.

He also said the location was ideal as it offered customers the convenience of shopping for BYD products and servicing their cars as well.

Liang said the new outlet would meet the growing demand for green vehicles from customers in the surrounding area of Sri Hartamas.

Currently, BYD all-electric models available in the Malaysian market are the Atto 3 sports utility vehicle, Dolphin hatchback and Seal sports sedan.

BYD and Harmony Auto are expected to open more BYD dealerships in Malaysia.

In conjunction with the opening ceremony, Harmony Auto also handed over 10 BYD units to customers and fulfilling its promise of immediate car deliveries.
