Mercedes-Benz to debut end-to-end MBUX Hyperscreen on Jan 7
By CARSIFU | 22 December 2020
STUTTGART: For Mercedes-Benz, the MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) Widescreen display is not enough. Come 2021, it wants to wow people with the MBUX Hyperscreen.
The large, curved screen unit lends the interior a unique aesthetic and extends along the entire width of the vehicle in front of the driver and front passenger.
Mercedes-Benz said it marks the start of the next chapter in interaction between vehicle and user: the MBUX Hyperscreen takes the operation and display of infotainment, comfort and vehicle functions to a new level thanks to artificial intelligence (AI).
The MBUX Hyperscreen, which is for the first time optionally available in the fully electric luxury sedan EQS, is capable of learning from its interaction with the owner and/or driver.
Mercedes-Benz is going to town with the new intelligent display, starting with its world premiere on Jan 7.
The top guns from Daimler and Mercedes-Benz will present the various facets of the MBUX Hyperscreen from control over functionality to material and design to technical details. Among them are Ola Källenius, Vera Schmidt and Sajjad Khan.
The MBUX Hyperscreen will also be plugged at the first-ever digital 2021 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), which takes place from Jan 11-14.
