MCO: Mitsubishi reopens selected service centres
By CARSIFU | 29 April 2020KUALA LUMPUR: Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM), the official distributor of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles in Malaysia, announced that it will resume operations at selected service centres nationwide from today.
The company announced that it has received approval from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) to operate during the Phase Four (until May 12) of the Movement Control Order (MCO) for selected authorised service centres.
Customers are advised to contact their nearest MMM authorized service centres for servicing and maintenance works to set an appointment - walk-ins will not be entertained and customers are not allowed to wait at the service premises
For added safety, the service centres will practice contactless vehicle acceptance, pick-up and drop-off only and temperature checks, as well as the use of masks for all customers and staffs, will be conducted.
Also, hand sanitizers will be available at the entrance of the service centres and vehicles will be sanitized before handing over to customers.
