KUALA LUMPUR: Hong Leong Yamaha Motor has introduced a limited run of the new Monster Energy livery for the Yamaha YZF-R15M sports bike.
The new colour comes with a recommended retail price of RM14,998, excluding registration fees and insurance coverage.
Buyers will be given a safety disc lock worth RM100 with their purchase.
About 600 units of the motorcycle in the special Monster Energy livery will be produced.
Meanwhile, the Signature M colour will continue to be offered alongside.
The YZF-R15M is powered by a 155cc, liquid-cooled single overhead cam fuel injection engine with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) that delivers 14.2kW at 10,000rpm and 14.7Nm of torque at 8,500rpm.
The unit also comes with the Yamaha Y-Connect feature and carbon-like seat cover materials.
