The app registers your location and connects you with the nearest available support.

Additionally, you could conduct remote vehicle inspections via video through the app—which leverages visual AI and human expertise — to help you make informed repair decisions on the spot.

After initiating a request - whether it’s towing services or roadside assistance, the app provides real-time tracking of your assistance.

You can monitor the progress of your request, including the estimated arrival time of the mechanic or tow truck driver, and their geolocation, and receive live status updates.

Real-time updates help eliminate the need for follow-up calls while reassuring you that help is on the way.

If your vehicle needs repairs, the app provides access to Liberty’s network of approved workshops.

Through the app, you can easily locate nearby panel workshops to ensure your vehicle receives quality care — speeding up the repair process.

The One Touch app’s DRA keeps you updated with notifications throughout the repair process.

From the acknowledgment of the claim, inspections, and approvals to the delivery of the vehicle, it ensures you stay informed.
