KLIMS 2024: Brace for thrills and wonder


ATTENDEES at the 10th edition of the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show (KLIMS) can join a lucky draw with a chance to win a grand prize of a Toyota Yaris 1.5G Limited in Platinum White Pearl with a two-tone colour scheme as well as a first prize of a Perodua Axia in striking Lava Red.

In addition to the grand and first prizes, KLIMS 2024 which runs from Dec 5 to 11 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), also offers an array of enticing prizes.

The second prize, courtesy of AVIS Malaysia, offers an opportunity to enjoy 10 days with the smart #1.

The third prize features an electric rideable scooter-luggage unit from Lite Elala, while the fourth prize is the HILEY Maxspeed X8 e-bike by Eforge.

Other prizes include dashcams from 70mai, exclusive mystery gifts from Ferrari, goodie bags by Carage, and a special edition KLIMS 2024 TnG card.

KLIMS 2024 will also host a social media photography contest, where 100 creative winners will receive a limited-edition Touch ‘n Go x KLIMS 2024 card along with two entry tickets, with winners chosen based on creativity, theme relevance, and highest likes.

Car enthusiasts can witness exclusive debuts from major brands like Perodua, Nissan, Toyota, Great Wall Motor, Kia, Morris Garage (MG), Mazda and more, alongside groundbreaking concept cars.

The show will also feature an exotic car display, a collection of rare models, classic car showcase and die-cast car showcase and gathering.

Also, in partnership with R&D F1 Simulation as the official licensor and die-cast cars provider for KLIMS 2024, attendees can enjoy a special display of four iconic Ferrari F1 cars, showcasing the evolution from Schumacher’s legendary era to Charles Leclerc’s modern speed machines, and have the chance to purchase exclusive miniature Ferrari die-cast cars.

There are also Ferrari die-cast cars showcased at the show.

KLIMS 2024, organised by the Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA), is themed “Beyond Mobility,” highlighting the key trends shaping the future of the automotive industry.

With close to 70 exhibitors participating, this year’s show promises a showcase of cutting-edge vehicles, eco-friendly mobility solutions, and groundbreaking technology from leading automotive brands and other services companies.

The exhibition halls cover nearly 30,000 sq metres over two levels.

Tickets are priced at RM20 on weekdays and RM25 on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Dec 11 Selangor public holiday for adults.

Meanwhile, children from 13 to 17 years, and tertiary education students with valid IDs up to 25 years are charged RM10.

Children below 12 years get free admission.

KLIMS 2024 is bolstered by key government and industry supporters, including the Malaysia Automotive Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii), the Automotive Federation Malaysia (AFM), the Motorcycle and Scooter Assemblers and Distributors Association of Malaysia (MASAAM), and the Malaysian Automotive Component Parts Manufacturers Association (MACPMA).

KLIMS 2024 is also endorsed by the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE).
