JPJ chief tells branches to improve services and cut long queues
By BERNAMA | 16 September 2024
SHAH ALAM: Road Transport Department (JPJ) state directors and heads of their respective branches have been warned that they will be penalised if they keep service counters closed or left unattended without supervision.
JPJ director-general Datuk Aedy Fadly Ramli said he wants to see efficient counter services and to cut long queues and ensure customer satisfaction.
To keep JPJ staff on their toes, he said he and a director from the head office in Putrajaya would be making spot checks at JPJ outlets nationwide to ensure they are productive and effective in serving the public.
