Inaugural BMW CE 02 fun challenge and CE 04 test ride held


KUALA LUMPUR: BMW Motorrad Malaysia hosted the first-ever all-electric BMW CE 02 Fun Challenge recently.

The event, held on Aug 17, offered motorcycle enthusiasts and customers a unique opportunity to experience the cutting-edge technology and performance of BMW Motorrad Malaysia’s BMW CE 02 and CE 04 electric two-wheelers.

The event featured a day packed with thrilling activities and hands-on experiences.

The morning session was dedicated to BMW Motorrad dealers, who participated in a specialised EV Knowledge classroom session aimed at boosting their expertise in electric vehicles.

During this time, dealers also took part in the fun challenge, testing their skills on a designated circuit using the CE 02.

Attendees also had the opportunity to test ride the CE 04 on public roads and experience the scooter’s innovative electric drive with ample power and range, allowing for a smooth ride through real-life urban environments.

New electric scooter enthusiasts also had a good opportunity to experience both the CE 02 and CE 04 at the same time, to compare and decide which model suits their daily usage.

BMW Group Malaysia managing director Benjamin Nagel said the company's "Make Life A Ride" does not stop at just introducing premium motorcycles that encompass innovation, electric integration, and performance.
