Honda Malaysia resumes after-sales services
By CARSIFU | 29 April 2020PETALING JAYA: Honda Malaysia has started operating after-sales services in stages beginning April 29, although its sales office, manufacturing plant and dealer showrooms will remain closed during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period.
The resumption of the aftersales services comes with the implementation of proactive precautionary measures in accordance with guidelines and regulations set by Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI).
After-sales services at selected dealerships are by appointment only; walk-ins are not allowed.
Honda Malaysia has put in place preventive protocols such as temperature screening, hand sanitising and crowd control.
As for the company's employees, temperature checking are implemented and they are reminded to wash their hands regularly, and practise social distancing by maintaining a distance of one metre from one another at all times.
The resumption of after-sales services will be conducted in stages by the dealers.
