GoCar teams up with TotalEnergies to offer Online-to-Offline services
By CARSIFU | 20 April 2023PETALING JAYA: GoCar Malaysia, a leading on-demand mobility-as-a-service platform, has inked a partnership agreement with TotalEnergies Marketing Malaysia to launch Online-to-Offline offerings including TotalEnergies’ lubricants and expertise from the GoCar Garage network.
The strategic partnership will enable both companies to widen their customer reach and service networks, starting with onboarding TotalEnergies Quartz Auto Services onto the GoCar mobile app.
This integration is in line with TotalEnergies’ ongoing digitalisation drive to enhance consumer touch points across multiple channels.
It will also accelerate the availability of GoCar Garage’s convenient one-stop solution for consumers to service, maintain and repair their cars, with a target of 200 locations nationwide this year.
GoCar Garage and its expanding network of Garage partners will also offer TotalEnergies’ advanced Quartz lubricants that leverage breakthrough molecular technology to deliver optimum engine protection, efficiency and resilience.
Building on 60 years of experience, Quartz lubricants have been formulated to meet a range of demands.
Each formula undergoes thousands of hours of research, development and testing.

Created to offer a seamless end-to-end car maintenance experience with transparent pricing structures, the GoCar Garage digital platform allows customers to schedule service
appointments, select services, pre-approve quotations before work begins and make payments, all through the GoCar mobile app.
Customers in the Klang Valley can also opt for the GoValet door-to-door delivery service to save time and enjoy more convenience.
GoCar Garages are equipped to service passenger vehicles from local and Japanese to continental and premium brands.
