In a separate filing, DRB-Hicom stated that it is also in the midst of discussions with the Perak state government to finalise the definitive collaboration agreement.
On April 12, 2022, the company inked an MoU with the Perak state government for the development of the integrated automotive city.
"Any material and significant development will be updated accordingly.
"Save as disclosed above, all provisions contained in the MoU shall remain in full force and effect," it said.
