PENANG: Cycle & Carriage recently launched its 12th autohaus in Malaysia, the Cycle & Carriage Sungai Pinang.
This milestone coincides with the brand’s 125th anniversary.
Situated along Jalan Sungai Pinang in George Town, Penang, this new facility spans 90,000 square feet, including a built-up area of 56,822 square feet.
Cycle & Carriage Sungai Pinang in George Town houses five floors of service workshops, easily reachable via major highways and strategically positioned within close proximity to iconic landmarks such as Komtar and Gurney.

The 2S service centre is the only Mercedes-Benz body and paint centre in Penang comprising 21 service and repair bays.
With a service capacity of 550 vehicles per month, customers can expect world-class services from Cycle & Carriage’s skilled technicians.
Customers are welcomed by the brand’s Star Assistant, enjoy personalised service at the Consulting Room, and relax at a sleek and luxurious lounge area.

As a Green Building certified with a Gold rating, the facility incorporates a range of eco-friendly initiatives, including a façade design that minimises heat penetration, renewable energy solar panels, energy-efficient air-conditioning systems, LED light fixtures equipped with photocell and motion sensors to maximise energy savings and uses an Energy Management System for real-time building monitoring of energy usage.
In addition, the facility is also equipped with a rainwater harvesting tank to ensure responsible water usage, and super-fast 180kW DC chargers, which underscore Cycle & Carriage’s dedication to advancing eco-mobility solutions.
The uniqueness of Cycle & Carriage Sungai Pinang, whilst standing 5 storeys tall, is devoid of road ramps but instead employs car lifts with redundancies and a 100% backup power supply ensuring uninterrupted operations, even during emergencies.
Cycle & Carriage Sungai Pinang is open 8am to 5pm weekdays, 8am to 12pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays.
