Cycle & Carriage Johor Baru is Mercedes Dealer of the Year 2021
By CARSIFU | 06 April 2022KUALA LUMPUR: Cycle & Carriage Johor Baru has won the Dealer of the Year 2021 award which was presented at Mercedes-Benz Malaysia's outstanding dealerships event recently.
Aside from the coveted award Dealer of the Year 2021, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia also gave away Best in Financial Services, Best in Business Excellence, Best in Customer Services, Best in Sales, Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) 5 Star Rated and Most Improved Dealer awards.
Hap Seng Star Kinrara won Best in Financial Services, while the Best in Business Excellence was taken home by Cycle & Carriage Glenmarie.
Meanwhile, BR Jaya won the category for Best in Customer Services, while the winner for Best in Sales was awarded to Asbenz Motors.
The 5-star rated Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), was bagged by Hap Seng Star Melaka, and the Most Improved Dealer went to Hap Seng Star Kuala Lumpur.
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia president and CEO Sagree Sardien said automotive excellence goes beyond just producing the world’s most desirable vehicles.
