KUALA LUMPUR: Chery Malaysia continues its rapid expansion with the opening of four new showrooms in Sabah and Sarawak.
“With the new outlets in Sabah and Sarawak, we are confident that our Chery customers in the region will continue to receive the best in sales, service, and aftersales support,” said Chery Malaysia vice president Michael Chew.
With the new openings, Chery now operates four showrooms and two service centres in Sabah, while Sarawak has two showrooms and two service centres in operation along with a body and paint outlet for each state.
As of 2024, Chery Malaysia has 56 showrooms and plans grow its network in 2025 to 65 outlets.
The Chery Sandakan 1S centre is owned and operated by dealer-partner Universal Chery Sdn Bhd, and located at Ground floor, Lot No 1, Taman Wemin, Batu 5, Jalan Labuk, 90000 Sandakan, Sabah.
The showroom opens daily – from 8am to 6pm (Monday – Friday), from 8am to 4pm (Saturday) and from 10am to 3pm (Sundays and Public Holidays)
Chery Tawau
The Chery Tawau 3S outlet is owned and operated by dealer-partner Universal Chery Sdn Bhd, and located at TB4005, Taman Berkeley, Batu 1, Jalan Apas, 91000 Tawau, Sabah.
The new 3S centre spans 682 square meters, and the service centre boasts 4 service bays.
The showroom is open daily – from 8.30am to 6pm (Monday – Friday), from 8am to 4pm (Saturday) and from 10am to 3pm (Sundays and Public Holidays).
The service centre is open from 8am to 5pm (Monday – Friday) and from 8am to 3pm (Saturday); closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Chery Miri
The Chery Miri 3S outlet is owned and operated by dealer-partner MP Advanced Automotive Sdn Bhd, and located at Lot 8363-8366, Ground Floor, Block 1 Lambir Land District, Jalan Miri By Pass, 98000 Miri, Sarawak.
It spans 892 square meters, and has 4 service bays.
The showroom is open daily – from 8am to 5pm (Monday – Saturday), from 9am to 3pm (Sundays and Public Holidays). The service centre is open from 8am to 5pm (Monday – Saturday; closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Chery Imago Mall Kota Kinabalu
The Chery boutique showroom is operated by dealer-partner Universal Chery Sdn Bhd at the Imago Mall Kota Kinabalu (Lot G-74-1, Ground Floor).
“We understand that modern families today, often spend their weekends shopping, enjoying leisure activities, and spending quality time together. By bringing our showroom to Imago Mall, we’re making it easy for you to explore our cars while enjoying everything the mall has to offer,” said Chew.
The boutique showroom is open daily – from 10am to 8pm (Monday – Thursday), from 10am to 9pm (Friday - Sunday).
