BEIJING: BYD recently teased its Yangwang U7 sedan in a kung fu stunt featuring a Wing Chun master on its roof, demonstrating the stability of the car’s Disus-Z suspension system, reported Carnewschina.com.
Yangwang is a high-end brand under BYD.
The U7 will be its third car after the off-roader “water-floating” U8 SUV and “dancing supercar” U9, said the Chinese automotive portal.
The U7 sedan will be a 4-door, 5-seater that is nearly 5.3 metres long.
It features quad motors with 956kW (1,282hp) and 1,584Nm of torque.
The battery capacity is 135.5kWh, and can provide a 720km CLTC range.
