Bookings open for enhanced 2024 Toyota Hilux, Fortuner and GR86

Toyota Hilux: Malaysia’s best-selling pick-up truck
The latest enhancements to the Toyota Hilux include Vehicle Stability Control (in the 2.4 Single Cab), significantly improving handling performance.
Advanced accessories such as the Remote Engine Start feature, a first for Toyota models, will be available on selected Hilux variants.
This feature allows users to start or stop the engine, preheat or cool the cabin, and even schedule engine operation via the Toyota My app.
Additionally, Panoramic View Monitor will be available as a standard for Hilux 2.8 GR Sport, Hilux 2.8 Rogue, and Hilux 2.4V.
Wireless Charger comes as a standard for Hilux 2.8 GR Sport and Hilux 2.8 Rogue, and optional for the rest of the models, except Hilux 2.4 Single Cab, enhancing the driving experience.
The Hilux comes with the latest Euro 4 Emission as standard. The 2.8 GR Sport and the 2.8 Rogue are powered by a 2,755 cc engine delivering 224 PS / 550 Nm and 204 PS / 500 Nm of torque respectively.
The 2.4V variant features a 2,393 cc engine with 150 PS and 400 Nm of torque.
The Hilux continues to set the benchmark in its segment, with prices starting at RM104,880 without insurance.
Toyota Fortuner: Ruggedness with versatility
The Fortuner will now offer the all-new GR Bodykit as an optional accessory for the Fortuner 2.7 SRZ and Fortuner 2.4, which includes a GR Body Kit Package consist of Front Bumper Skirt, Front Fog Lamp Garnish, and Rear Bumper Skirt, enhancing its dynamic appeal and sporty yet premium SUV experience.
Enhancing convenience, the Remote Engine Start feature will now be available on the Fortuner 2.8 VRZ and Fortuner 2.7 SRZ.
The Fortuner 2.7 SRZ is powered by a 2,694 cc petrol engine delivering 166 PS and 245 Nm of torque, while the Fortuner 2.8 VRZ features a 2,755 cc clean diesel engine with 204 PS and 500 Nm of torque.
The Fortuner 2.4 variant includes a 2,393 cc clean diesel engine producing 150 PS and 400 Nm of torque.
These options, combined with a refreshed line-up of accessories, reinforce the Fortuner's reputation for ruggedness and versatility.
The starting price for the new Toyota Fortuner is RM195,880 without insurance.
Toyota GR86: Sharper handling, enhanced performance
The Toyota GR86, on the other hand, offers significant enhancements for both 2.4 A/T and 2.4 M/T variants.
At the heart of these improvements is a heightened focus on handling and responsiveness.
Throttle response has been meticulously tuned to provide exceptional controllability at the limits, while the suspension system has been refined for improved handling response and road feel.
The electric power steering system has also been recalibrated for a more direct and engaging steering experience.
For automatic transmission enthusiasts, the GR86 2.4 A/T now features enhanced transmission tuning that allows for higher engine RPM after downshifts, providing drivers with greater control and performance.
The GR86 is now equipped with a front and rear Digital Video Recorder (DVR) as standard. This advanced feature automatically activates and starts recording upon engine ignition, capturing wide-angle footage in full HD.
The GR86 2.4 A/T and GR86 2.4 M/T are priced competitively, starting from RM295,000 without insurance.
