Aston Martin opens showroom at luxury hotel in Tokyo
By CARSIFU | 06 April 2024TOKYO: Aston Martin expands its luxury retail presence with the opening of Aston Martin Ginza, a new showroom located within The Peninsula Tokyo hotel.
This marks the brand's continued investment in customer experience and its strategy to set up ultra-luxury retail locations worldwide.
Aston Martin Ginza, spanning 324 square metres over two floors, features the brand's refreshed corporate identity and accommodates the display of three iconic models along with a digital media wall and a customer lounge.
The showroom aims to tap into the growing demand for Aston Martin vehicles in Japan, particularly for models like the DBX707 SUV, DB12, and Vantage.
Aston Martin's global chief brand and commercial officer Marco Mattiacci said Japan was a leading market for Aston Martin sales in 2023 and saw the potential for further growth in Japan and other parts of Asia.
The showroom also introduces the Q by Aston Martin bespoke service to Japan, allowing clients to personalise their vehicles.
Located in the Ginza district, known for its commercial prominence and historical significance, Aston Martin Ginza aims to leverage its central position to attract customers seeking high-end automotive experiences. Ken Arai, President of GRAZ Automotive Holdings, the company operating Aston Martin Ginza, highlights the showroom's prime location within one of Tokyo's key luxury destinations.
The partnership with The Peninsula Tokyo, a prestigious five-star hotel recognised for its hospitality, further enhances the luxury experience for Aston Martin customers.
