SHAH ALAM: UMW Toyota Motor will launch the all-new fourth-generation Vios that gets a striking new exterior and interior along with features to make driving more enjoyable and safer.
The new sedan is open for booking at all authorised Toyota showrooms nationwide today.
It comes with a new design language to deliver a fastback silhouette and is offered in two variants of 1.5 G (AT) advanced, estimated at RM96,000 and 1.5 E (AT) value deal, at RM90,000, on-the-road without insurance in Peninsular Malaysia.
The car will also come in five colour options with Spicy Scarlet being a new choice.
The proven 1.5-litre DOHC Dual VVT-i engine has been improved to deliver stronger performance while a new 7-speed CVT with Sequential Shiftmatic gives quicker acceleration as well as enhances fuel efficiency.
Aside from new features such as Paddle Shifters and Electronic Parking Brake, the new Vios will also get a premium interior with more soft-touch materials.
Also offered is the Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) which alerts the driver of dangers and also acts autonomously to prevent or avoid a collision.
Owners also enjoy 24SEVEN Road Assist and 3 years of free subscription for the Toyota Vehicle Telematics System which monitors the car’s location at all times.
