Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 unveiled, targets younger customers

BARCELONA: Royal Enfield has recently added a new model to its lineup.

Marking a departure from the brand's classic heritage, the Guerrilla 450 roadster-styled motorcycle is aimed at a younger, more dynamic crowd.

It is expected to be launched in Malaysia in first quarter of 2025.

Built on the same platform as the Himalayan 450, the Guerrilla 450 shares the same powerful 452cc liquid-cooled engine.

However, it's the chassis and styling where the real differences lie.

With a shorter wheelbase, lower suspension travel and sportier ergonomics, the Guerrilla 450 is designed for urban adventures and spirited riding.

Key highlights include a fresh design featuring a muscular fuel tank, LED lighting, and a digital instrument cluster.

Its agile handling is ensured by a shorter wheelbase and road-focused suspension, while the 452cc engine promises robust performance.

Additionally, the bike is packed with advanced features such as ride-by-wire, multiple ride modes, map navigation system on Google maps platform, call alerts on the screen and access to music.

The Guerrilla 450 is set to compete in a segment dominated by rivals like the KTM 390 Duke and the BMW G 310 R hence the pricing is expected to be competitive.

With its unique blend of classic Royal Enfield charm and modern motorcycle dynamics, the Guerrilla 450 aims to carve out its own niche and following.
