All-electric CAM EA4 van launched: RM216K, NEDC range up to 400km
By CARSIFU | 29 November 2023KUALA LUMPUR: The Sendok Group has launched the all-electric CAM EA4 van with a range of up to 400km (based on NEDC), said to be the longest in its class in Malaysia.
It is priced from RM215,800 and comes with a 6-year or 200,000km warranty (whichever is first).
The Sendok Group also has a joint promotion with Shell Recharge, where all CAM battery electric vehicles (BEVs) booked come with a free Shell branded 7kWh wall box charger, and the offer is valid until Dec 31, 2023.
The EA4 van is the second all-electric van introduced by the Sendok Group, after the CAM EC35 - Malaysia's first electric van which was launched in January 2022.
The EA4 is larger than the EC35, and is essentially a fully electric version of the CAM Placer-X A4.
To date, a total of 200 units of CAM all-electric vans have been sold in Malaysia.
In a statement, the Sendok Group said the EA4 has a wider body than typical panel vans, and a cargo volume of 7 cubic metres and a payload of 1025kg.
"The ample cargo size and payload make it a perfect choice for businesses and industries as it fits more in a single trip and drivers can finish their jobs earlier or send more in a day," said the group.

Entertainment features include four stereo speakers, a 7-inch touchscreen LCD, MP3, USB, AUX, and Bluetooth display.
The EA4 also has powered side mirrors with an LED turning signal lamp, a reverse camera and sensor, a high-mounted third brake lamp, and a front fog lamp.
