Since its redesign in 2021, the Outlander has drawn new customers to Mitsubishi, with its enhanced multimedia and smartphone connectivity driving higher satisfaction levels among users.

Outlander’s available technology package includes wireless Apple CarPlay, wired Android Auto, a nine-inch touchscreen, and Bose sound options, aligning the SUV closely with modern customer demands for seamless smartphone integration.

Additional tech features like wireless charging, USB-A and USB-C ports, and Mitsubishi’s MI-PILOT Assist with navigation and driving aids underscore its focus on ease of use and connectivity.

Mitsubishi Motors North America president Mark Chaffin said the brand focuses on technology to meet evolving customer expectations, referencing Outlander’s Amazon Live debut as a first for any vehicle launch.

The SUV’s advanced infotainment and connectivity systems tie in with the growing trend of vehicles operating as “mobile computers,” a critical factor for buyers.
