HIROSHIMA: Mazda has unveiled updates to its 2025 CX-60 SUV, which remains a key model in its line-up alongside the soon-to-be-released Mazda CX-80.
Launched in 2022, the CX-60 has been recognised for its range of engines, including Mazda’s first plug-in hybrid (PHEV) and a 3.3-litre inline-six diesel engine.
For 2025, Mazda introduces minor enhancements focused on interior design and technical adjustments while keeping the existing powertrain options unchanged.
The updates include a revised Homura grade interior, now featuring black Nappa leather seats, a redesigned dash panel, and black roof and pillar linings.
The top-tier Takumi trim maintains its high-quality interior materials, such as maple wood and Japanese textiles, combined with Nappa leather.
Technical changes are primarily aimed at improving ride comfort and stability. These include adjustments to the rear suspension, with softer springs and firmer shock absorbers, alongside recalibrated stability systems for better handling in line with Mazda’s “Jinba Ittai” driving philosophy.
A new Zircon Sand metallic paint colour is added to the palette, previously available on other 2025 Mazda models like the CX-30, MX-30, and Mazda3.
