All-new MINI Aceman compact electric crossover is yours for RM214K
By CARSIFU | 08 October 2024KUALA LUMPUR: The Aceman, MINI’s first fully electric compact crossover, is priced at RM213,888 (on-the-road with SST without insurance).
Add-on MINI Extended Warranty & Service Package will cost RM7,400.
With the easy drive financing from BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia, ownership of the Aceman starts from RM2,311 (based on estimates of 75% loan, 100,000km mileage on a five-year tenure).
The Aceman is powered by a permanently excited synchronous motor, delivering 160kW/218hp and 330Nm of torque to the front wheels, and a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of just 7.1 seconds.
The 54.2 kWh high-voltage battery offers a WLTP range of up to 406km.
With DC fast charging of up to 95kW, the battery can be charged from 10% to 80% in 30 minutes.
The Aceman supports up to 11kW charging, allowing a full charge overnight.
The Aceman also comes with automatic battery preconditioning, ensuring optimal charging performance and allowing users to set charging times or schedule the vehicle to be fully charged by a specific time via the MINI app.
The Aceman will be available for viewing at all authorised MINI dealerships starting from Oct 8.
It will also be showcased at the MINI Roadshows in all major cities, kicking off at The Exchange TRX here from Oct 9-13.

The Aceman is covered by MINI Malaysia’s 5-year roadside assistance programme, available for all new MINI vehicles with a comprehensive list of services that include a 24-hour, 365-days-a-year accident and help on the phone and on-the-spot hotline, free towing services and when needed (over 200km from residential home), replacement vehicle, seamless mobility, accommodation, mobility services solutions as well as repatriation services.

The Aceman marks the premiere of MINI's first crossover model in the premium small car segment.
At the front, the large, octagonal grille framed in Vibrant Silver is a defining visual feature, complemented by LED headlights that offer a choice of three different light signatures.
There are 19-inch Hexagram spoke wheels, and roof rails and a stylised skid plate.
At the rear, the horizontal surfaces and upright LED taillights in three signature designs reflect the timeless MINI style.
Stepping inside, the focal point is the high-resolution 240mm round OLED touchscreen display, powered by the new MINI Operating System 9.
The MINI Head-Up Display keeps drivers focused on the road by projecting essential information, such as speed, directly into their line of sight.
The Harman Kardon Surround Sound system delivers an immersive audio experience.
The Aceman comes with MINI Operating System 9, and the high-definition OLED display serves as the central hub for vehicle controls, navigation, media, and telephony.
TheAceman also introduces the new MINI Experience Modes, which allow drivers to customise their driving environment with ambient lighting, soundscapes, and graphic projection onto the dashboard.
The MINI app also enables advanced functionalities like remote vehicle control, trip planning, and monitoring of charging activities.
The MINI Digital Key Plus is also available, transforming a smartphone into a digital vehicle key.
The Aceman's low centre of gravity and expertly tuned chassis deliver a highly responsive, dynamic drive, with Servotronic steering offering precise feedback.
Preloaded stabilisers come as standard, ensuring minimal body roll and exceptional handling in corners.
In GO-KART mode, the New MINI Aceman’s accelerator becomes even more responsive.
Additionally, the direct wheel slip limitation system, which operates faster and more efficiently than typical traction control systems, provides superior traction on all road surfaces.
On the safety front, features such as Lane Change Warning, Speed Limit Info, and Front Collision Warning with brake intervention help drivers navigate with confidence.
The Parking Assistant Plus takes the stress out of parking, with features like Active Park Distance Control, Reversing Assist Camera, and even Remote 3D View, allowing drivers to park and exit spaces effortlessly.
The MINI Connected Package is an optional upgrade through the MINI Connected Store.
This package offers customers a flexible, subscription-based approach to accessing additional vehicle functions, from 3D building visualisation and augmented reality navigation to optimised charging routes and live-traffic information.
Entertainment options, such as in-car gaming, video streaming, and access to third-party apps, further augments the digital offering.
In addition, the MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant, complete with the animated avatar "Spike," allows for voice-activated controls.
Colour options include Rebel Red, Indigo Sunset Blue, and Melting Silver.
